Plain terms for working with us.
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in writing before work starts, covering what we build, what we manage and what is expected from you. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately.
Your responsibilities
To implement lead response systems we need timely access to the relevant accounts, phone numbers and website, plus a named point of contact for approvals.
Fees and payment
Implementation fees are invoiced as set out in your proposal. Ongoing management is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Results
We build systems that measurably improve response times and follow-up consistency. Figures shown on this site are illustrative examples, not guaranteed outcomes.
Ownership
You own your customer data and your accounts. Configurations we build inside your platforms remain yours once fees are settled.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.
